Charles Poulsen is Microsoft Australia’s national chief technology officer for healthcare and human services. He leads a team of healthcare technology strategists that focus on public/private health, health insurance, and human services segments. His team helps customers and partners to meet their business objectives using Microsoft technology. In Charles’ over 10 years at Microsoft he has focused on healthcare, education and government industries. Prior to Microsoft, Charles spent many years implementing technology solutions across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, UK and Europe.
